At Uppingham Cairo, you will enjoy a broad range of choices for Sixth Form study, along with expert guidance to help you make the decisions that are right for you. You can choose from a wide selection of A Level subjects, enabling you to pursue your academic interests and strengths. If you follow the A Level pathway, you will also have the opportunity to develop independent research and project management skills by completing the Extended Project Qualification. The two years in Sixth Form at Uppingham Cairo will be exciting, challenging and immensely enriching. You will gain greater independence, more freedom to manage your own time and increased leadership opportunities. CORE CURRICULUM

We monitor developments in university courses and requirements and provide expert advice to ensure that our pupils follow the pathway, subjects and specifications that best prepare them for the next stage of their education. A Level Uppingham Cairo will offer a broad range of A Level options, enabling you to choose courses that suit your interests, aptitudes and aspirations. All A Levels follow a linear model with all examinations at the end of the Upper Sixth. This allows time for in-depth study and research into your own area of interest for your Extended Project Qualification, and the opportunity to challenge yourself through ‘The Sixth Form Parallel Curriculum’. Most of our A Level pupils will study three subjects from the start of the Lower Sixth. Four subjects are only recommended if you wish to study both Maths and Further Maths.
