Overview

The Early Years curriculum at Uppingham Cairo is designed to reveal a world of wonder for your son or daughter as they begin their school journey. Our fully qualified and experienced Early Years Form Teachers and Teaching Assistants will capture your child’s curiosity and carefully support their development through the seven interconnected areas of learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Learning will be motivating, engaging, fun and deeply personalised to ensure that your son or daughter reaches the highest possible standards across the curriculum.

Core Curriculum

Our core curriculum is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and recognises the importance of nurturing positive relationships and tailoring the environment to meet the needs and interests of every child. In addition to the core curriculum, we will provide elements each day that go beyond the expectations of the EYFS as a wonderful way to broaden your child’s experience. These ‘Enhanced Provision’ sessions utilise the skills of our specialist staff in Music, Physical Development, Swimming and Arabic, enabling your child to make the very best start to their educational journey.
